There was some hoarfrost during the night last week. These hedges became interesting all of a sudden because of their sugared tops.
They are on the edge of the Berkel, in front of the old ‘watergate’ across it.

Besides the sugared cakes (yam!), I like the sunlight on the monument as well. Very nice colours!

Ik heb plezier in de titel (maar geen trek in koekjes!) De foto geeft een duidelijke indruk van een vriezende, koude wintermorgen, opgevrolijkt door de zon die de gebouwen in een warm licht doopt.
