We had one day of snow in the beginning of February and it would not stay, so I had a walk through the town to preserve it in this way at least.

It’s a real Wim Pieck picture

The scene is beautiful with the graphic impression and depth. The person with the umbrella as a “unifying point” and the falling snow in the front, makes it a great picture.

O ja, I remember!

Zo’n schone winterzegen….

What a lovely scene. It could be here in Boston. We’ve finally had our first real snowfall of the season.

Very nice picture.
Kind of nostalgic character.

A very beautiful picture, very calm,a real ephemeral “winter blessing”, as I think the poem above says.
I can almost hear the silence.

Snow in Holland seems extra special, like stepping back in time.
