You can certainly tell what is happening here, Wim, which I love about silhouettes, even without all the details. Good eyes to see this!
I like the graphic character of this photo- the crossing of horizontal and vertical lines, the oblique ones of the ladder- the little green-coloured window on the ceiling, the contrast of dark and bright, especially the big, tall silhouette of the working man and the fine reflections…- a very impressively composed pic!
