I love the water and the ships in Rotterdam. Here you see the ‘Wijnhaven’ with a charming little tower that may have been used by the harbour-master. Nowadays Rotterdam is the town with the greatest number of high buildings in The Netherlands. There still is a place for old barges, some of them have been lovingly restored.
