Last week we celebrated the 60th anniversary of the liberation of The Netherlands. There was a lot of fighting between the Germans and the allied troops that came in from the east. Most of the liberators were Canadian troops in this part of the country. A few of these (sixty years older) are on this old army truck; they were part of a big parade. This one was at Vorden.
